Baked Chocolaty Buttermilk Pancake

Ingredients:

  1. Buttermilk - 1 cup
  2. Milk - 1/2 cup
  3. Egg - 1 (Optional)
  4. Whole wheat - 1 cup
  5. All Purpose Flour - 1 cup 
  6. Sugar - 2 tbs
  7. Coco Powder - 2-3 tbs
  8. Baking Powder - 1 1/2 tbs
  9. Baking Soda - 1/2 tbs
  10. Vanilla Extract - 1 tbs
  11. Salt - 1/4th tbs

Toppings:
  1. Fruits of your choice (Apple, Berries, Banana Mango)
  2. Whipped Cream (Optional)
  3. Maple Syrup or Honey

Instruction to make Pancake :
  1. Preheat oven at 400 F.
  2. Take a bowl and whisk buttermilk, egg and butter.
  3. Add the flours, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla extract, coco powder, sugar & salt and whisk until it is combined. (Don't whisk too much, its okay if the batter has small lumps).
  4. Spread the batter evenly in the pan.
  5. Optional - Top the batter with berries or chocolate chips
  6. Bake it for 15-20 mins until its fluffy and golden brown on the edges.
  7. Serve it warm with the desired toppings (fruits, syrup)
