Easy Chicken Dim Sum Recipe.


Chicken Dim sum Recipe :

Dough Ingredients -

  • Maida - 2 cups 
  • Salt - To season 
  • Cooking oil - 2 tsp

Chicken Dim sum Ingredients -

  • Minced Chicken - 250 gms
  • Ginger Garlic Onion Paste - 3-4 tsp 
  • Peri Peri Masala - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper - To season
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Salt - To season
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Chilli sauce - 1 tsp 

Instructions to make Dim sums -

Dim sum Dough -

  1. Mix together the flour and room temperature water in a bowl. 
  2. Add 2 tbs cooking oil in the flour.
  3. Knead the dough well until it is medium-firm.
  4. Cover it and let it rest for an hour.

Dim sum filling -

  1. Mix well minced chicken with Ginger, garlic & onion paste.
  2. Add Peri peri masala, black pepper, soya sauce and chilly sauce and mix it well.
To make the wrappers -

  1. Take 1/2 ounce of dough and form it into a ball.
  2. Place the ball on a flat surface and roll it into a 4-inch round wrapper with a rolling pin.
  3. Place the mixture on the wrapper and start pinching and folding the wrapper like a sachet.
  4. Once you are done with it. Boil water in a steamer. Spray some cooking oil on the container and place your momos on it.
  5. Steam it for 15-20 minutes.
Serve it hot with Chilli oil or any dip or your choice.
